Grassy Meadow Farm is run by Amos and Samuel Beiler, Amish farmers from Jersey Shore, PA. They raises delicious California Red and White Dorper crossed lamb for us out on pasture. Towards the end of their lives, he finishes his animals on grains grown on his farm. His lamb are extraordinarily tender and have a nice mild lamby flavor. Amos also raises 100% grass fed beef.
