Ian Mumbulo has owned Reed Brook Custom Meats since 2003. We met Ian through Kris Wolfe in our northward expansion, and we're sure gald we did. Ian and his team have brought a small plant through some incredible growth, tripling in size since Ian assumed command. They process deer, pigs and, our favorite, Beef. We like to snack on the deer sticks Ian makes and hope to offer bacon soon, fresh from his smoker. Ian's heart lies in charcuterie, a passion that we can get behind. We're happy to have Reed Brook be our first partner outside of PA.
